Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Orders ship Monday–Wednesday.
• No weekend or holiday processing.
• High volume or severe weather may slightly delay processing.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Total delivery time: 3–5 business days processing + 2–3 business days shipping.

All orders are packed with insulated liners, dry ice, and/or gel packs.

• Items may arrive frozen, partially thawed, or cool to the touch.
• This is normal and considered safe.
• Do not consume items that arrive hot or unsafe.

• We recommend someone is available to receive the package.
• Do not leave frozen packages outside for long periods.
• Bring temperature-sensitive items inside promptly.

While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may happen due to:

• Weather.
• Carrier issues.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Orders over $149.99 qualify for FREE shipping.

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
• Perishable items may not qualify for reshipment or refunds.

At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 United States.

• No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
• No P.O. Boxes.
• No APO/FPO addresses.
